Jiangsu Shinco Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd, founded in 1992 and located in Changzhou, Jiangsu province, is one of the major air conditioner manufacturers in China.

In 2011 Fengrun Group merged Shinco and Yoau Electric Co.,Itd, who is one of the largest portable air conditioner manufacturers in China. Till now the products range cover-ing residential & light commercial air conditioners, portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air purifiers, electric heaters,HAVC components & parts., etc.

Shinco has established eight new enthalpydifference labo-ratorie,twelve 200 meters assembly lines,one injection molding factory with over 100 sets injection machines, one metal punching factory with 80 punching machines, one motor foctory with 10 millions pcs motor annual producing capacity,etc. Currently Shinco occupies a land of 300,000 square meters, with over 3500 workers and 300 engineers,annual production capacity achieved 3.5 millions sets air conditioners in 2015.

YOAU provide mobile air-condition, dehumidifier and other products for oversea markets in the mode of ODM/OEM. At the beginning of establishment, the company has made the concept of "integrity, professionalism, customer satisfaction"; and built series talent mechanisms to absorb more excellent managers and technical persons. 

All top management leaders have more than ten years' work experience in the industry of air-condition. They not only have professional knowledge, but also have management experience, which establishes solid base for YOAU development. All the R&D members are experts in developing mobile air-conditioner and dehumidifier.
